Trader tunic

I just found this Trader tunic at the armourer in Dorestad, hadnt afford to buy it but i have never seen it before in my playtime at VC.
Does someone know what kind of "special abilites" you get when you wear it? im guessing that it gives plus in the trader-skill.

I was wondering if those were still around. I haven't seen one in a long time.

Last time I had one, I equipped in the secondary clothing slot which made me spawn into bandit fights, etc. with just a tunic, no weapons, etc. Oops. Isn't there an Ambassador's Tunic or something as well?

There's a tunic and a dress that add 1 to either trade, persuasion, or leadership (6 items total)

How many of those spawn in single player games though? There's quite a few items available in the cheat menu that are never seen in people's games.

I suppose I've been missing them since I don't typically shop for clothes in markets?

Ive just had the pict naked armour that gives you plus in athletics (i think) so this is the first time ive seen something diffrent.
