Debug alerts
I've tried fixing this forever now, I've deleted the game and re-installed it. I tried with and without cheats, tried "nocheatmenu" and nothing stops the constant pop ups of debug alerts. It completely takes the fun out of the game when every 5 seconds the game stops to alert me about every line on script in the damn game.

How do I fix this? I haven't played with cheats or mods but when I look up the issue that's all people say is to not use cheats?

You need to deactivate cheats (off) in camp menu.

Weird, could you post screenshot of your notes with cheats off please?

I am having the same issue. Whenever I am on the world map and moving around I get a debug command list every few seconds. I tried starting a new game, enabling/disabling cheats in module selection window, enabling/disabling cheats in VC, running the game as administrator and repeating, editing rgl_config.txt, and using ctrl+~ and typing nocheatmenu.

This is what the debug command list looks like (Is that what you meant by posting a "screenshot of your notes with cheats off"?). I disabled cheats in the module selection window and in the in-game options in VC.

Unable to replicate even in 2.032, before the last fix. Please you try our last steam beta.

So what is the solution i dont know much about computers.
I've been getting the same VC Debug Menu popping up too for several months - been ignoring it. It only occurs when travelling on the world map. It seems certain areas trigger it more than others (for me, it's the southern part of Britain, West Seaxe faction area I believe?) However, it does trigger elsewhere too, just not as often.
The option on the menu to turn off the VC Debug doesn't seem to work. Can click through the options of 0, 1, and 2, but to no effect.

For the MB fix, right click MBW, go to betas, type in betapassword in the box and you should be good to go. It did this about a week ago and mine has been working fine.

Thanks! I'm not having that problem anymore after this.

Tried that, but the debug menu still pops up for me.
