Help with marriage in viking conquest

i started a discussion a couple of days ago but icant seem to find it but anyways i need help with convincing the ladies father to let me marry her i have 100 relation with both him and her 2500 renown 15 charisma and 8 persuasion i have already convinced her but he wont please help. on my other discussion someone said something about a dialouge option but i can not seem to find it anywhere and i think i would have seen it by now

Do you have a good fief like a castle or a city? Dunno about Vikings, but thats how i've read it for Vanilla.

I know that when i started my first game i went straight to hell with one of the daughters from Friese because i was seeing her without the fathers permission. then when it finally came down to marriage i had good relations with him but he forbid me to see her because i went behind his back.
But you are a vassal in their faction?
Weird otherwise...
