I don't speak russian, but I'm pretty sure it's just like th in 65th, however the exact ending depends on the gender of the noun it describes.

Its usually used in slavic regiments and it stands for "pehotniy polk" (depends which country it is cos there are slight differences) and this stands for "infantry regiment"
