Blurry text and anisotropic filtering
The text looks blurry when I run the game on DirectX 9. Enabling anisotropic filtering on DirectX 7 makes the edges of the font clear and the font itself contrasting and easy to read. On version 9, turning anisotropic filtering on/off in the settings does not affect font rendering. Those fonts that contain semi-transparent pixels on the edges of letters look blurry in the game. Those fonts that are clearer in the graphic file itself do not look as they should (it seems like each letter lacks pixel density per inch and looks jagged). In short, there is something wrong with it and it is 100% solved by enabling anisotropic filtering.

You may think that this is a small thing, but believe me, screenshots don’t convey the difference well. Things are especially worse with small text. The game is becoming painful to play. It looks like a whole section of the game's visuals are being rendered at a different resolution or something.

Tried changing the settings in the Intel panel, reinstalled the game, installed different fonts for the game, changed other graphics settings in the game, changed video card drivers (upgraded and downgraded). Nothing helped. I opened the walkthroughs on YouTube to check the appearance of the text. For other people, text looks sharp, crisp, and contrasty, rather than as if it was rendered in low-resolution, stretched, and smoothed out the pixels.

Maybe someone can suggest something?
