Jarl Gearth always giving me the mission to provoke another faction.
Hi, it's the 5th time I ask him if there's any task I could do, and he always gives me the same: Provoke another Kingdom to start a war.
Is it a bug? I think it's a broken feature of the game, because it became really easy to earn XP and money; each time I raid a vilage to provoke I get lots of expensive items and 2000xp when I complete the mission talking to him.

I see, I realized it some hours after, I had hostility status with every Kingdom except by one, it would become a pain to travel through the map. Eventually I started a new game.
