With that being said.... steam is working on an app to allow in home streaming natively IN the ios environment. They have one in android... apple rejected it. But that solution will STILL require a pc with a graphics card to stream the game from.
Think of it like netflix. You watch it on your phone/ipad... but it’s sitting on a server somewhere... streaming from. The game streaming works the same... except that server is YOURs which you HAVE TO maintain and configure.
Right click “Mount & Blade: Warband” in your Steam library
Select “Properties”
Select the “BETAS” tab
Enter betapassword in the beta access code box, and select “CHECK CODE”
Select "beta" from the drop-down menu
