Awarding a Feif to a Lord

Im the King of my own faction and need to award Feifs to my lords. If I take over a castle or town a few days go by and a screen pops up wanting me to award the feif to someone. It also informs me which lords have which feifs.(which is very helpful) When one of my lords brings a feif to the faction it not prompting me with that helpful list. Sooooo im having to go through every charcter screen and write down what every lord has.....and so on..... How to I get the Easier way to work all the time???

If a lord brings a fief over to your faction by rebelling, then it's his fief, there's no need for you to assign it. However the villages attached to the main castle or town might need to be assigned. Just go to your steward and you can assign from there. The menu will show how many fiefs each lord has.

I have gone to the steward and selected to assign a feif. First i select the Location(feif) and then the Lord screen comes up with only the Names and not the locations already assigned.

Then no, there's no way to do what you want which is to bring up the Lord and his already assigned fiefs. I know of no mod that will do this either. You'll have to look up which lord has which fief separately. It's not that big of a deal to me as I always try to balance things out and assign fiefs to lords who don't have a fief.
