If you don't mind controversy, loss of honor, loss of relationships, etc you could attack caravans and towns. Or you could be released from your lord and either sell out to someone else or break out on your own?

If you fight a lord, and capture him, let him go free. you gain honor.

200 days isn't many days, I'm up to day 1140 on one of my characters.

Do honorable quests and things for people. Otherwise I dunno.

That is only 70 days, it isn't very long to be waiting for war. In the mean time secure your fiefs, build up their prosperity rating. War will come in the next month or so.

Maybe increasing the difficulty will mean more war.

The KI always needs time to build a challenging scenario with nearly ever a 2-fronts war against you. So the enemy factions could need time to build their armies up, or your faction needs time to build strong forces if it is weak, to make later a Blitzkrieg. So sometimes it could take a while until your kingdom goes to war (or other factions go to war against your kingdom), no matter what you do. Btw, negative reputaion is not the best way to play this game. You get reputation by winning tournaments (afaik), helping villages against raiders and releasing beaten lords. But -33 is really bad. If you are strong in forces and money you could make your own war ( attack a lord of a faction ). Of course, you shouldn't speak with your king after that cause he will not be amused about it. The advantage is you can raid villages, conquer fiefs, make money, and if you release beaten lords also reputation, your fiefs will not be attacked cause your faction is officially not at war. But you also won't get any help from your faction and should't come near your king for a while ^^. I sometimes like to tease Khergits with a mob of swadian knights in such times. After a while they want peace just with me, if i raided enough villages and beaten enough lords. lol.

all my villages are either rich or average and my town is rich and all the lords have 300 men in the castles and 100+ of well trained people in their army -..- we also lost a lot of lords because we have not gone to war since the swadians took 4 castles and 1 town -3-
Vuvo Aug 31, 2013 @ 10:40am
i also have a very well trained army in my town of 280 men and 60 well trained people in my army ;l
Vuvo Aug 31, 2013 @ 10:41am
Why wont they go to war (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧
T R A I T O R Aug 31, 2013 @ 11:46am
lol, 280 is NOTHING. 60 is NOTHING.

Go get 2000 in your town, then you should be safe (you don't need to train people in towns, auto calc works off of how many guys you have, so just fill it with recruits, and DON'T go to battle in the town).

You should get at the VERY least 100 men. And you aren't the only lord, king's gotta wait for the others too!

Can't be. If you don't have an own faction they will not attack your villages, cause all fiefs belong to your king who isn't at war. So that they raided your village is impossible. And your honor goes up by defeating enemy lords and let em free. And well, If you have Sargoth + villages and all florish you can afford more than 60 men. And even only 60 men, if highest tier, i.e. swadian knights, are better than most 100+ enemy troops. I definitely don't understand your problem. And why they don't go to war? I tried to explain some reasons. You have to understand that the KI doesn't simulate a war in Calradia, the KI orientates itself on your status. If you have a good city, the KI tries to take it away from you. If it is well garrisoned the KI tries to build a huge enemy army against you. So it is peace until the KI could send enough troops of different factions against your faction (=against you). So it is programmed. I had it one time that the computer sent nearly all lords to 1 faction and hunted me down with around 3000 men who surrounded me, killed my men, and then took me my city away^^. After this all went normal, and I had to build all up again.
