Sassy achievement

So after the patch yesterday finally fixed manhandler I am only missing Sassy!. Is it still bugged or am I just doing it wrong?

My female character got a quest from a fellow lord to denounce a different fellow lord. So I want to him, insulted him and defeated him in the duell. I even tracked down the questgiver to get my reward and fully end the quest.

Yet no Sassy! for me :(

I think you get the achievement for insulting them at the beginning of the game. If you introduce yourself early on, most lords will give some comment about how odd it is that a woman is out fighting. Some are respectful, but others will tell you to know your place or such. If you respond to either with an insult, I think that gets you the achievement. Just make sure to wait until they're at a town or castle, because one bad-tempered lord attacked me with his whole army when I was out in the field.

You also need to do this early, because once you get enough renown they stop giving you the prompt.

start a new game as a woman, and run from lord to lord introducing yourself. i found the rhodoks were the quickest to insult you, so try there. it can be in the feild, just back down after the first insult you give them.

Great, thank you very much. I always thought it meant to insult a lord through the denounce quest. Now I finally know what to do.

Yeah took me a while to work this one out as well. The description is confusing though, As a female character get into a duel with male lord by insulting him.. I never had to actually duel anyone after insulting them.

I always thought it refered to the quest to denounce a lord that you sometimes receive when asking what you can do to increase your standing in the realm. That also involves insulting a lord and always leads to a duell. I just thought the achievement was buggy like manhandler and that's why it never counted.

Now I knew that I just insulted the wrong way :)

What you are thinking of Sword of Cyric is the achievement for Pugnacious D.

I thought Sassy was just the female bonus achievement for the same action. Just like conquering all of the map gives one achievement as a men and a second bonus achievment when done as a female.

Anyway, thanks to this thread I have now received Sassy! and thus my very first game where I got 100% trophys :)
