If you want to confirm that napoleonic wars is installed goto program files/steam/steamapps/common/mountblade warband/modules. There should be a folder named Napoleonic wars (if the folder is there, be sure to check that there are files inside of it).

I thought they fix it for everyone?
maybe its just problem of e-shop i bought it, they told me its mount and blade collection from steam, but now they deleted information about napoleonic mode, so i dont know whats going on ... anyway thx for any help and answers
