I think you can do it in cheat mode, I'm not sure of the exact button, but cheats disable acheivements and all that.

Its kinda late answer but as you know when you press Ctrl + F5 it pass to auto-mode. After the war if you use it, you will screaming like other soldiers

You can also yell in Native multiplayer if you
Have neogk installed and the server is also running it.
