cant talk to jarl sigurd ragnarsson
He says he is busy and that i need to find a new way to get information on Sven, i have completed the mission for the ferry man, got the book, (peacefully) rescued Bodo and the ship survivors. now i dont know what to do. HELP!

if i recall correctly rescuing Bodo starts Under the wing of king quest, where you need to talk to king Horik. How the discussion goes depends on what you did in Friesen. After talking to king Horik Egil should join you. Then you should be able to talk to Sigurd
