just capture something when you are by yourself with no oaths to anyone.
As for how eo do this, it's very easy. When the king decides not to award you a fief, you will get a message advising you of such, and you'll be able to select one of two options. Except the money, or renouce your oath, Select the later and your rebellion begins. This is different from going to the king and asking to be released from your oath which does not start a rebellion, and will cost you any fiefs that you have.
Noooo....your king requests that you return all fiefs, but you can tell him to go pound sand, there-by keeping your lands, but then being at war with him.
Not in native, but this option exists in some mods. The only way to keep your fiefs in native is the way I already explained.
I think what your mentioning at least requires Diplomacy, because I know for a fact that you cant trade fiefs in vanilla native, or rebel with fiefs, unless you back a claimaint, get denied a fief you capture, or your a Women and Rebel via husband option.
