editing skill formulas

I was wandering if anyone knows where the skill formula for training is located. I'm wanting to edit it to increase the amount of training. I'm assuming its in one of the txt files but I can't locate it. (the actual formula not the skill description)

OP wants to increase the amount of training? So you want your troops to level up slower? I'm assuming this is the case since otherwise you can just add 1k/10k to a troop type current exp by just pressing a key combo.

Just edit the troop trees in troops. Morgh's would be an easy editor for you.
