On a Mac, it's in "Library / Application support / MBW", so...
"my files, documents": So Windows, and it should be in "My Documents\Mount&Blade Warband\Characters" but you already know that since you know "where all my other characters" are but is it possible that this isn't for Warband but for something else. MnB, WFAS /etc.
In Windows, you should be able to search for 'most recent files', you can give that a shot too.
A search or a Windows wizard might help. All I know is on my Mac, it's diffciult to find some files when Mac decided for some senseless reasons to actually hide those files beyong searching...
I have to make that folder visible in order to search it.
The file name for the exported character should be the character name with a txt extension. If you are using a mod it may show up in a mod folder within My Documents.
And you're not a bit curious what's coming after? Stick around just a bit more.
Gee, what a good game that is...
It's called an open world game, right? No wonder...
