Reassigning Feifs
So I'm still learning all the ins and outs of the game and I seem to have screwed up a little bit while assigning feifs to my vassals...

To Deshavi I gave
- Yruma Castle
- Bazeck

To Nizar I gave
- Ayyike
- Rebache

To some Lord called Ulusamai I gave
- Tebandra
- Karindi

I'd like to rearrange these assignments as follows:

Deshavi
- Yruma Castle
- Karindi

Nizar
- Ayyike
- Tebandra

Marnid (who owns Radoghir Castle and Sumbuja)
- Rebache

This way neither Deshavi, Nizar or the other guy have to patrol very far to cover their fiefs and that keeps things nicely balanced as far as distribution of available fiefs to each Lord is concerned.

Unfortunately I can't seem to find any dialog options with my minister person or anything on Google about how to change who has what...

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks in advance!

I'm not 100% positive on this, but I don't think you can just straight up change ownership of a fief. I think you have to strip the fief from the lord himself, and I think the only way to do that is to banish them. But like I said, I'm not 100 on that.

Only thing I can think of is a rather tedious (and possibly expensive) course of action...you would need to get them to agree to trades with your own fiefs. Then you can allocate them as you see fit.

For example, you could trade one of your villages to Ulusamai for Karindi, then trade Karindi to Deshavi for Bazeck, then trade Bazeck for w/e...etc. But be warned...they won't trade down (i.e. a rich or average village for a poor one), and they will probably want you to pay their relocation expenses.

Also be careful about promoting all your "commoner" heroes to vassals (Deshavi, Nizar, Marnid, whoever). Since they're not of noble birth, the vassals who ARE noble will not be happy about it.

I have noticed that when I meet a new Lord from another kingdom, my reputation with him immediately drops as a consequence... I just had almost all of Vaegir's lands and didn't want to hassle about managing it all myself haha

There are six "heroes" who are of noble birth, and hence there shouldn't be any problems (at least, if I understand the wiki). Firentis, Lezalit, Rolf, Alayen, Baheshtur, and Matheld are all "nobles"...the rest are "commoners".
