go get married or something
war will come
And no, the kingdom is not mine, I don't ever say I want the citys or what so ever - i just get them, what drives my costs up like hell, and keeps my morale low.
I am in the moment of the position that I defeated all opponents - but rhodoks. They drifted away of having war with me soon. I defeated everyone else - but they won't go to war with me, and it seems even with provocation I can't, and my King won't response on provoking them...
A month is not a "long time" for peace. Truces often last a month, so it's not a big deal. Take a look at your Faction information and it will tell you if they have a forced truce or not and also when it will expire.
When it gets to be several months to a year with nobody going to war, that's when you know you have a problem. (IF a year and a half has passed for you, in-game, then you likely have the bug.)
Yes, there is a "bug" in the game that can result in unusually long periods between wars. To fix it, you can try to convince a King to go to war or you can edit the game in order to change the delay period between "war" decisions. (I think that's what the edit does.)
It's the "384 fix." You can find it if you search for it. I have a text-file with collected notes and so I will paste what I copied from a webpage that detailed the fix. (I didn't bother copying the link, though.)
""if you're having a problem with world peace on warsword conquest
go to the warsword conquest file open simple triggers
find the first 384 it will be at the beginning of the line
and change it to 24 and war will break out once the truces run out?"""
That's basically it. Edit your "simpletriggers" file and replace 384 with 24 and that will act to reset things so war will break out. I haven't used it, but it's a popular fix. You can search the Taleworlds forum using the 384 reference and likely find several posts on it, if you wish to verify.
