Is it smart for begining a game ? Or should i go like mercenary ? Which is the fastest way of making my own nation ?

You should wait before you become a vassal, or even become a mercenary. I actually skip the mercenary period altogether, unless I roleplay a guy would do it.

Once you become a mercenary/vassal, you will have to fight wars. You will have duties, enemies, and a lot less freedom to look out for Number One.

Here are a few things you should do first:
- collect all the companions you intend to lead.
- buy a few profitable enterprises, to insure a cash flow.
- collect a nice warchest.
- send as many companions as you can to raise your right to rule.
- choose a wife. No need to necessarily start courting her, but choose her.
- choose which lords you will work on befriending, and of course, make some inroads with that

And all this in one nation right ? Ok got it. But,how to buy profitable enterprises ? And companions are those found in the taverns right ?

Companions are found in taverns yeah. Enterprises are in cities. You talk to the guild master and ask to buy an enterprise.

Ok thanks for the info. So should i do this as free person ? I mean i already got few companions and i'm making good mixed army of Nord infantry,Swadian Knights and Rhodok archers but i still don't know if it will be smart to work for some king as Mercenary or Vassal. As Vassal i get village i know that..Also i found out that i can marry some daughter of some Vassal and make alliance with his house. I just have no idea how to improve the relations to the guild master to buy enterprises :/

In order to build an enterprise you need to have at least 0 relations with both the town itself and the lord of it. Some lords will start out with -3 relations with you and you'll need to raise that by doing a quest for them before you can build an enterprise in their town. If the town itself has negative relations towards you for some reason then you'll need to do quests for the guild master. Also, you can't be at war with the faction that holds the town where you want an enterprise either.

Bandit-hunting is much easier with a dedicated path-finder. Borcha starts with 3 in Path-finding and as you increase his Agility you'll be able to increase his Path-finding further. IIRC, Mountain and Forest Bandits should be the slowest bandit parties on the map and after you get Borcha then you should be able to catch the Taiga Bandits and Sea Raiders as well.

Also, bandit parties on average grow larger (and consequently slower) as your character gains levels.

Vassalage is a mug's game...and so demeaning.

Build up your skills, do the tournament circuit, skill up some companions and get a small army together.
When you have enough reputation, approach a faction's army and offer your services; you will be offered a job as mercenary.
The beauty of being a mercenary is that no matter the size and cost of your army ALL the wages are paid by your employer.

Later, after you get a good income by purchasing land and enterprises(VERY costly to pay enough troops to garrison a castle to the point it is not able to be captured..I usually went with 500+ garrsisons early after becoming a Lord - all the factions will be after you early), find a weak Lord and capture one of his weaker castles.

A very good army early on is one comprised of entirely cavalry; the army is very fast;this works especialy well with the Floris mod.
Also, be sure to have extra mounts in your inventory to carry supplies; this speeds up the army a lot.
Train your companions with the riding skill and after you get a healer companion buy lame horses(much cheaper) and the healer will heal the horses if the horses are in your inventory and not ridden.
If you use troops armed with blunt weapons(equip your companions with these also; my favourite is the Sarranid Horsemans mace) they will capture rather than kill the bandits and you can sell them as slaves in the taverns; you can also recruit the bandit's captives at no recruitment cost.
Look for bandits with Manhunter captives(forest bandits were my favourites for this but also tundra bandits); Manhunters are some of the best troops in the game, imo, and they are equipped with maces.
If you use the Floris mod the Manhunters upgrade to elephant mounted later.

If you go with a cavalry army, frontal assaults don't always work out well.
A useful tactic with a cavalry army is to ride out alone and try and get behind the bandits, then when the bandits are distracted by you, tell your cavalry to charge and they will strike the enmy in the rear resulting in few and maybe even no casualties in your army.

Deshavi also has +3 in path-finding and spotting, she doesn't ;ike Borcha or Rolf, likes Klethi. Borcha lokes Marnid, dislikes Deshavi and Klethi.

Soo my plan is to start my first faction somewhere at the kingdom of Nords and take it over as a king maybe for some time. So i want to know, what is the best investment there as business ?
And is it smart to try establish faction here ?

All companions appear in taverns randomly and move around every few days. Deshavi also has 3 in Path-finding, btw.

The objectively best stable group of companions, in Native, is:
- archers: Deshavi and Baheshtur
- warriors: Alayen, Firentis, and Bunduk
- medic: Jeremus (training, surgeon, first aid, wound treatment)
- scout: Klethi (training, tracking, path-finding, spotting)
- strategist:Ymira (training, tactics, engineering)

There are four stable groups, but the companions above start at a lower level with better stats, and are well suited for their roles. It's not that Borcha and Nizar are bad, it's that they belong to cliques full of dead weight like Katrin.
