But if you want to raise morale, you might also want to check out the priests in the lord's hall. There are either Christian or pagan priests there. You can only use the right one for your religion. Paying the Christian priest 300 penings raises your morale by 2 and increases your reputation. Paying a pagan priest (gothi) increases your morale by 4 but decreases your reputation.
Also, if you have either a Christian priest or a gothi in your army you can pay them to preach to your men and increase morale. "Camp Woman" (promoted peasant woman) also offers similar services as the happy widow. You can talk to these from your party screen, if you have any in your army.
