Report a translation problem
I am doing it in Gekokujo, right now, with additional home rules, that make it much harder, and documenting each step... in this thread[forums.taleworlds.com], on the Taleworlds forums.

In Native, founding the kingdom worked, actually, but I had done an awful lot of preparation beforehand. I had twenty cunning/martial lords at relationship 100 before I declared, in addition to dozens of benevolent/good-natured ones, which are much easier to befriend, while of course being as useful as tits on a boar.
Until they get to their teen levels, their main function is to drag you out of the fight when you get knocked out, and use their First Aid skill to put you on your feet.
So your first command should be "Everyone go to the corner of the map", and you should not move them unless some enemies get close.
