Viking Conquest Cattle Quests?!

What's with all the cattle quests in the villages? Every single village I went to to improve my reputation just wanted me to steal cattle! Makes it kind of hard to stay somewhat neutral. Maybe some degree of variety would be in order? ;)

I get lots of training quests to help with the bandits. It's about 50/50 with cattle quests.

y the way, you can buy the cattle at another village if you talk to the town elder. You dont have to steal them. Really helps if youre in friendly territory.

Villages have three quests: Bring us some cattle, fetch us some wheat and teach us how to fight. No one has ever asked you to go and "steal" any cattle. How you choose to get the cows is entirely up to you and only you.

I buy them to save time and hassle. In the very early game or if I'm really tight on money for some reason, I might go "rieving and retrieving" or I might just pillage an enemy's village. Those are the available options, as I understand it.
