as for a mod that just tweaks companions, i don t know, but someone s got to have made that already
go on nexus and see if you find it there, as i guess it would be a tiny mod, you won t even have to create an account
You can do the same way with Lords through mods that allow you to view their skills like with Floris.
Otherwise, the only way to change how a NPC/Lord looks is through editing troop.txt or with Morgh's editor.
The easiest way is with Morgh's editor and you can do that by going into the character editor with your main character, do changes that you want a certain Lord/NPC to look like, then press Ctrl+E to generate a facecode (You'll see a string of numbers pop up).
After that, go into troop editor in morghs, select the Lord/NPC you want to change and paste the code you generated under the faces entry. Don't forget to press Update Troop then save your changes.
