How do you get lords to change their minds on liking their lords? or is this a permanent issue for me?

the king/queen/lord/lady needs to do something say for instance King Harlaus didnt give his vassal Count Mirchaud a fief and everyone thought he deserved it people might get upset
if a lord/king does enough bad actions they will need to do good actions replenish the realtionship be careful though as this can happen to you too so when you get a kingdom treat your lords/ladies well

Having your faction expand can help get the result Nate was explaining, as the faction grows larger more lords will defect or if they are exiled, join your faction. These new lords might have preexisting hate of you though (If you raided a swadian village and the lord of that village joins your faction, he still holds a grudge against you), but you can manipulate these new lords into a rebellion.
