Oh dam. Ok, let me do it. Its only been 8 years, we are on time. Hope translator got it right.
When creating your own Kingdom, It's important to understand you are going to be on your own for some time. You are a new King, It takes a little bit of time for other nobles to take the decision to join your rule, specially if their factions are not about to be defeated (losing all fiefs). Specially if you want the best lords, that is, the ones which the personalities are easier to handle: Good-natured / Upstanding / Martial.
That said, in conclusion, It's advised to only start your Kingdom, in case you want an easier time of course, once you have a high level character (21) with at least 5 in trainer, accompanied by at least lvl 14-15 companions with some points in trainer as well. Decide which town you will capture, or keep (in case you are rebelling) and work to advance your relations with its villages. And be financially prepared, 100k would be a lot more than necessary. The idea is, once you have your own Kingdom, you must be well-prepared to Garrison the well-trained troops and be fast to train even more. Once you conquer another Town, you already have the necessary troops to garrison it and be safe against all attacks.
TL:DR of this process: Have money -> Decide a Town -> High Relations with its villages -> Conquer that town -> Garrison your high trained troops, recruit tons of recruits, 3 to 4 days later, already have tons of high trained troops -> Garrison it again, and more, and more. -> Done, you are safe and ready to expand.
With time, lords will leave their Kings, they will appear on court, once you are waiting for that to happen, keep defeating enemy lords, since every time you defeat a lord they will be discontent with their liege and that helps to speed the process for them to leave them.
