M&B:W most profitable productive enterprises for each town?
Rivacheg = dyeworks
Curaw = ironworks
Are any others known?

Note: this is not about trade. This is not about return on investment. This is about raw max income each week for a town.

I believe Ahmerrad Ironworks works well too. I've seen some claiming that it can go 500+ a week.

For me, though it varies differently, around 250-600. Changes weekly.

Highest ROI;
praven for linenworks, around 300-500 per week
dhirim for bewery, around 150-300 per week
uxkhal for oil press/wine press, around 400-600 per week
veluca for oil press, around 400-600 per week
suno for oil press, around 400-700 per week
shariz for winepress/linenworks, around (wine) 200-400 per week, (linen) 150-500 per week

prices fluctuates all the time, as the supply of raw material influence the profit generated. If the villages got pillaged quite regularly, profits will be much lower, as price of raw materials increase.

Uxkhal wine press is making -4 to -8 per week.
Praven linenworks is making 170 per week

meh...don't need to over-think it too much. Of the 22 Towns, I have always had ~18 Dyeworks (a couple of Towns just don't work, but the vast majority do). My income in each town is fairly consistent week after week. It ranges from a low of ~$350 (in Yalen and Praven), to a high of ~$1,000 (in Rivecheg, obviously). and everywhere else, it pretty much runs at right around $500, give-or-take $50.

And here's the thing...if you own Rivecheg, or at least have good relations with it and it's villages, you can get Raw Silk real cheap, and feed your less-profitable dye works. i.e. every couple of weeks, I make the rounds up by Rivecheg (to keep Sea Raider population down as much as anything...also make TONS of cash from Sea Raider loot and slaves)...I pick up 4-6 bundles of silk for around $350-400 each. Then take them to my Dyeworks in Veluca, where they're usually paying over $700 for silk. Feed the inventory, and my Dyeworks there now makes ~$1700 a week. And it only cost me $700-800 for the silk.

Granted, it gets to be a bit of a pain hauling the silk from one place to another, but what the hell...it makes money.

I'm not sure where you got these numbers, but in my experience, they're CRAZY...especially the high-end ones.

I mean, no offense, but for a Linen Works to make anywhere near $500 profit, the linen would have to be selling for something like $400 ($150 more than it's "True Value"). And a brewery making $300 profit means that the Ale is selling for ~$180. And don't even get me started on the oil/wine press enterprises. The absolute max I've ever been able 'squeeze' (pun intended) out of an oil press is MAYBE close to $400, but usually it's closer to $250-300. (Hell, my Suno Oil Press was LOSING money till I finally shut it down. They sell oil for less than it's "True Value", and pay 25% more for the olives to make it.)

Again, no offense, but I just think these numbers are way out of whack...
Dyeworks for most towns, Tanneries for Jelkala and Veluca, Ironworks (?) for Suno. Honestly, I never get much out of Suno.

Curaw should also make more money with a Dyeworks than with an Ironworks.

What he said, exactly. The problem with an Ironworks at Curaw is that, even tho iron is cheap there, they also sell the tools at a discount, which erodes your profits. My Dyework there has consistently made 550-600 all game. AND I totally agree about Suno being a lost cause. I shut down my Dyeworks and an Oil press there because they were consistently LOSING money each week. Right now, I got nothing there...I'm thinking maybe opening up a brewery...with one bag of grain required, and $50 operating costs, I can't possibly lose money, even tho I'll only make about $150 a week...lol.

Side note...I have an Ironworks at Jelkala, and a Dyeworks at Veluca, and I own the village of Chaeza (sp?) in between them. Every couple of weeks, after I've gathered up a buncha silk, dyes, and iron, I visit my minister at Chaeza, pick up the raw materials, and load the inventories in both towns. Jelkala consistently makes $800 a week (costs me $300 for the iron), and Veluca makes over $1800 (costs me ~$800 for silk and dyes).

Seriously??? Without any help "feeding" the inventory? Wow...I also have a dyeworks at Halmar, and it only makes around $450.

But that only goes to prove that what you can make at any particular town depnds HEAVILY on your individual campaign. So I'm not sure there is any "best" enterprise at any particular town (other than Dyeworks at Rivecheg, obviously). However, I am convinced that Dyeworks at the vast majority of towns yields the most weekly income, regardless.

I do agree with your theories
