VC: Thor's hammer and armor

so i was looking through the cheatmenu in-game and i came across a unique weapon called Thor's Hammer and armor. the hammer looks exactly like Mjölnir, and the armor is a chainmail in gold, but to get to the point of this topic, where does one acquire this gear without cheating? i have not been able to find any info on the forum about Thor's gear so i made this thread.

No idea, I never made it all that far into the mainquest.

Mjölnir is a legendary weapon that belongs to a Pagan God, what is "looks exactly like Mjölnir" supposed to mean? As depicted in some ancient source? Thor the comic book? Movies? I don't think I've ever seen it shown the same way twice. The most common image I can think of are the amulets and that would look pretty stupid in a video game.

I do like the sound of some golden armour of the gods though.

I see what you mean by it "looks exactly like Mjölnir" now. That is the amulet form I was referring to earlier. I'm not sure that hammer really conveys the awe and power Mjölnir deserves.

Edit - What is the Strength requirement for using Mjölnir? If it isn't like 10,000 it must be a replica;)

I've completed the storyline and never found those. I wonder too where they come from.

Perhaps there like the gun and strange armor you can get in native; there only available through cheating.

actually the strange armor in native came be found in a chest hidden in one of cities, but I can't rememeber which one.

Yes, it is Rivacheg, but only 1/3 of the set can be found this way, you have to use cheats to find the rest.

I know the Hammer is used in one of the Multiplayer modes, I guess they just decided to add it in with a suit of armour for people who want to cheat it. To be honest, while the damage is very high, the range of strikes from the hammer make it terrible if you're mounted. It's good if you like playing a foot soldier though.
