Black flickering stripes.
Whenever I load this game during loading and the game itself, I get black flickering bars on my screen. I tested other games and they work fine, so it's not my hardware. It worked just fine yesterday.
I also have the Floris Mod Complete Pack installed.

My specs: Intel i7 4770k, 16GB ram, MSI GTX970 4GB and a 500GB SSD.

Anybody knows a solution and/or is experiencing this too?

Take a screenshot when it happens and see if the lines appear on the image. If lines appear in the screenshot then it is probably you GPU. Check your GPU for any overclock and step it down.

If no lines appear on the image look for any sources of interference near your monitor such as a phone or speakers. Also can try replacing your monitor cable. Some connection types will be better than others so if you have several options with your card and motherboard you can try a different type of connection. Displayport is the best option.

Lel. Please read better next time. I don't have this with other games and I play Battlefield 4, FarCry 4 and another range of hardware chewing games. If I play this game windowed, it's fine. but I want to play fullscreen.

My reading comprehension is fine. It is extremely common for people to believe things to not be related to hardware when in fact it is even if it occurs only in one game which is why I said to check for it. Since you are being rude though, I am done helping.

got this answer from another forum and am currently spreading it because it worked for me, simply turn off you SLI/multi GPU option in you video card's control panel, nothing else needs to be changed.
