I need help with finding the wolf and bear armors that the berserkers have cause i cant seem to figure out where they are. please help!

You get them crafted randomly by named armor makers, ask them to make you something special and make you armor. It's costly and might result in tons of wasted cash, but that's a sure fire way to get them.

Orm's Lorica is special - the best obtainable armor ingame (only story mode) - otherwise you can buy it from the cheat merchant :D - there are some other interesting items like a 12/12 horseman javelins bag - or the real best armor (Trolls Tunica)

You can get 12/12 and even 14/14 horseman javelins legitimately, by defeating Briton and Irish lords. I think that it is mostly the horsemen and bodyguards who carry them.

I have seen the heavy wolf and bear byrnies crafted by merchants. I do not think they craft the berserker gear Legendary_Silver_2_Elite was asking about, though. Those are light armor, and grant protection on par with the best medium armor without the penalties.

If you want them, kill berserkers and ulfhedinn, that's the only way. I often use one depending on the situation, and I have my low strength companions use one in the early game.

Its been a while since I played, but I'm pretty sure the armorer you hire for your hideout can make the heavy bear and wolf loricas, and I think maybe the light wolf-skin armor. This was in story mode though, I don't know if you can build a hideout in sandbox mode.

You can build a hideout in sandbox, you can hire a named armor merchant, and he has a chance of producing heavy beast head byrnies when you ask him to surprise you. I have never seen him make a light wolf or bear pelt, though. Has anyone?

Bear/Wolf Armor with and without a mail are dropped from Beserkr, Ulfhedinn, Norse Standard Bearer, Norse Huskarl - these guys carry that armor - just natural that they drop their own armor - if you are at war with norse lords/factions there is a high chance that you could get one

I prefer more likely hunting Svear Elite Vikingr - those guys drop Scale Mail (46/26 Weight 16 Strength 9) - perfect companion armor - if i fight raiding parties with Svears i tend to take "Take First Claim on Loot" to have more luck to get a Scale Armor

well how do i get this trolls tunic then, is it fromthe same person that drops trolls axe?

He doesnt drop the tunic, ever, its available in the cheat menu though, its the clothes he was wearing, have huge armor and no stat requirements and weighs same as clothes i think.

Yeah, you have to ask the host in meadhalls, they will tell you where to find these armourers. Once you have found him you have to click an the supprise me and it'll give you something random, this includes wolf and bear armour.

Dunwic has the Bear Mail and Witan Ceaster has the Wolf Byrnie. The Bear Mail is the better one, just slightly. You can get it from one of the "Named" Armorers by requesting that they give you something 'special' which at this moment costs 19,000 pennigas and is a 1 in 4 chance of getting it.
