Report a translation problem
There is, however, a "bug", IIRC, that has to do with shopkeepers and their money. However, IIRC, their available funds will be resupplied after awhile, as long as no other issues like cheats/editing/corrupted saves are the cause.

You might be able to correct the problem by using TweakMB to examine and change the merchant money script so that they generate money at a higher rate, if that is the issue: http://forums.taleworlds.com/?topic=101731.0
Does this happen with a new game? Start a new game and see if the merchants have any Florins or if they're out of money, just like in your saved game. That might illuminate where the problem lies.
