Morale keep decreasing.
Why is my morale decreasing itself? Even when I have very high morale of my troops, and I wait a while in my castle it keep decreasing itself. My army is from one faction, raport of morale is on + and I've got food in my inventory. Why is this happening?

Check the party morale report to get some idea. Also read this for more info on morale:

Morale naturaly decreases in the time when you are not fighting. For native rest in towns or castles won't raise your morale nor stop it from decreasing. The modifiers for specific faction can be seen below all other reports (like extra morale for faction x troops: -10). This only raises or decreases when you fight another faction, and has no effect on how fast morale decreases. Let's say you have total morale of 60 and morale for nord troops is -20, your nord soldiers will have a total morale of 40.

I suggest you to travel around with an army that you can keep morale at 30 only with leadership, charisma and bread. If you put no points in leadership this will be around 70-80 at some point. Put points in tatics (you or companion), so if someone attacks you it won't be much trouble. Only travel with bigger parties when you are at war, traveling in enemy territory, going to besiege somewhere or if you are running around in your territory defending fiefs. You don't need to do exactly like this, just make sure you don't travel with a 200-man party all the time.

Buy different types of food when you can, keep your men fighting (morale from fighting will be under recent events), easy or unbalanced fights for your side won't give you morale and put them on garrison when you can.

Those recent events, man!

I think it naturally atropohies, so waiting/resting will only help in the short and hurt you in the long.

Watch that you arent moving troops in/out of garrisons too much. each soldier you move, you get a -1 to recent events morale. This is a wash if you transfer the exact troops you want, but if youre like me, you use the garrison to "clean up" and count your troops... forgetting the morale hit the whole time.

to get it back up, i buy as many different types of food as possible, im sure you know this with your comment on food up there. i want to empahsize food diversity though!

next, go killin! fighting seems to raise morale, in the base game, the fastest of anything.

go pick some tough fights!
