Lordly Armor :)
Is there any tricks to finding it? I have been wandering around towns hoping for something for 2 hours, yet nothing. Do certain towns have a higher chance of spawning it? Is some skill or some stat related to finding it? I need...

Lordly Winged Helmet
Lordly Plate Armor
Lordly Gauntlets
Lordly Plate Boots

I usually make one companion with the highest agility into my looting specialist and one with high charisma into my trade specialist. I usually pick Klethi for looting (she starts with 11 agi and it fits her character) but Firentis or Katrin would also work. For Trade I pick Bunduk (he has the highest cha in the group I pick) but Katrin, Matheld or Rolf would also work.

I have found some masterwork and lordly gear from looting but it is very rare even with some decent looting skill. The type of gear you get also appears to still fit in with the looting table for that opponent.

I find it a massive waste to raise Charisma on a companion for any reason. Literally the only thing they get out of it is trade, and since the player character will have high charisma anyway, he can do it better. The looting specialist isn't such a bad idea though since a few other useful combat skills require agility, and in Floris the foraging skill is also an agility skill. Still, I usually never bother raising anyone's looting skill past about 3 since you can usually get good stuff fairly often even with it at 2 or 3.

For both my looting specialist and trade specialist I usually only bother getting that particular skill up to around 4 or 5. They are both still part of the combat focus half of my group so I will also get strength up to at least 15 and agility up to at least 12 and all other skill points are poured in to combat related skills. I generally only get my main character's charisma up to 12 to get leadership to 5 with a book. I suppose I could get trade up as well but usually stop at 2 for the +1. So, the effective levels for looting and trade are about 5 or 6. I think that is plenty but you could certainly get by with less.
