To get orms lorica you need to beat the man at Ulf's farm named Orm Svarti. He's a tough fight, so make sure to save before actually fighting him

If you're playing the story mode, once you get far enough in you're given a quest to go to Ulf's farm. If you're in sandbox though, I don't think the farm is there.

It started with the forging of the Great Lorica's of Power...
3 were given to the NPC Companions, immortal, and moodieset of the characters.
7 to the Vikings, great raiders and craftsmen of the Snekkja.
And 9, 9 of the Loricas were given to the Men of West Seaxe, who above all else, desire Bodo.
For within these rings was the strength and will to govern all life of Englaland.
But they were all of them deceived, for another Lorica was made.
In the Land of Danmark, in the Farmstead of Ulf Pregnantdaughter,
The Beserker Orm Svarti forged in secret a master Lorica to control all others.
And in it he poured all his cruelty and malice and his will to take over Ulf's Farmstead.
But there were some...who resisted!
A Last Alliance of the main character and NPCs challenged Orm to a duel,
And it was there, on the slopes of Ulf's Farmstead that the fate of Englaland was decided.
Victory was near! But the power of the Lorica could not be undone. It was in this moment,
When all hope had faded, that the main character took up his father's Seax.
And Orm, enemy of the free peoples of Englaland, was defeated.
The Lorica passed to the main character, who had this one chance to destory Orm forever.
But the hearts of men are easily corrupted. And the Lorica of power has a mind of its own.
