Where do the Kings go when their kingdom falls?
Im a vassal of the nord kingdom and we just obliterated the kingdom of vaegirs, they have no fiefs and no vassals. im curious what happens to their king now that their empire has fallen? does he disappear completely from the game? or does he just wander the land homeless

That kind of stupid if they just gone like forever... It would be awesome if they still wander around map and try capture lands back.. Or they can like create new massive bandit group and start their revenge march!

In some mods that's exactly what they do. Unfortunately, they are often classified as 'commoners' and fighting them messes up relations with parties you do not want fleeing from you.

In other mods, if a lord from a vanquished nation betrays his new king, he restarts the original nation and its king comes back.

i cant find him anywhere in the game yet your relationship can still improve with him over time as if it was peacetime. interesting

Can you say what mods do that kind of things? I mean if they are popular mods like Perisno, L'aigle, Floris, Prophecy of Pendor etc...

In Native there are some end game "glitches" like lords taking a while to leave the realm. They sometimes walk alone, are really fast so you'll see warnings that enemy is around your fiefs but when you gonna check there's no one there, also you can't track them. This will probably draw most of your good lords to some location and can be pretty annoying. Sometimes you'll attack bandits around these locations and these lords will be leading them (I had a battle with Sanjar Khan leading a band of steppe bandits xD), then after you defeat them they are gone for good. If you have a king in your dungeon from a defeated faction don't worry, cause more day less day he will escape. These are some of the things that can happen on native endgame, so I'm pointing it out if you get there, but generally they will be gone forever as soon as their faction is defeated.

Well, in Floris, nations can be restarted by unhappy lords. In Viking Conquest, nations can be restarted by what looks like a heartbeat script. Frankly, I think that all mods that include Diplomacy modify what happens when lords/kings/nations step out of history - mostly by bringing them back.
