Easiest way to cheat is to goto your character screen, then click on statistics (bottom left). Import you character, navigate to documents/mount and blade warband/character/name.txt

Edit the file how you like and go back in the game and export the stats into your current game.

The next way to is to download TweakMB its a little tool that allows you to edit a lot of the game to how you like.
