[Proephesy of Pendor] How to make the Noldor like you?

How do you increase your relationship with the Noldor? I cant figure it out.

I really like how that armor looks. It will look great hanging on the feast hall in Elacrai.

Attacking Elacrai is the ultimate challenge. Good luck with that. If you can take two steps towards the walls before going down I will be impressed.

Where is Elacrai? DDo you need to do some tas kfor it to spawn? I cant see it anywhere
