Help pls with followers/Lords

Ok so i just founded my own kingdom in Calradia and got some castles and villages of my own. And put someone as my lords of vassal under my banner. But i want to see if i can control them in some way. Like ordering them to meet me or order them to go somewhere i need them to go. And no im not talking about ordering all lords to come to my castle and set out on campaign. I want to know if there is a way for me to order them around without going on campaign. Anyone know if thats possible?

You can talk with them and sugest to follow you, even, to besiege a castle. Sometimes they will say " sorry, i need to do something". This means that you have low relation or he dont have enouth men in his army.

Some lords are a badasss and never follow you :(

And how do i find the Lords under my banner? I tried talking to my wife and my minister but i dont get any option for it.

çThe new lords will be always at your court in your first city, until you say " i acept you". After that If the dont have a castle or town will live in the nearest castle or town. When he has a big army will go to raid enemies and patrol arround his fiefs

When travel around the map the only way to find your nobles is talk with somebody of your factions and ask " where is lord Falsevor?" he is betwen chaeza and veluca"
