My saved game is broken
So last night I got off of warband, Exit&Save and all that good stuff, so today when i got onto warband and opened up "Load game" my saved game says im on Day 1 instead of 356 and right under it says Incorrect File Type! Does anyone know how to fix this? It's the third time something like this has happened, a saved game going crazy and being unplayable or broken. I have nothing wrong on my computer, the saved game that broke is Native and I have not done anything ingame that would cause something like this ( Just fighting people etc). I have not downloaded anything new or anything, everything else is normal, just this Saved Game, it says its an incorrect file type and there is no option to load into it. Everything was normal before today, getting in playing a bit and then getting off, not doing anything spiecal in the game. Can anyone help me?

Somewhere in your MyDocuments folder, there's "last saved game" file in your Native directory (or can be in the mod saved game directory when you're playing with mods.) Copy that file, (last_saved_game.sav or something like that) rename it to replacce the saved game file that is corrupted (Sav001.sav or the nubmer equal to the saved game slot it is located in) and put it in the standard saved game directory. Make sure to copy/paste your corrupted saved file, somewhere else, just in case there's hope of fixing it.

If this doesn't work to restore your saved game to a previously uncorrupted state, there's probably no fix. Just like with many games, saved game files contain references to running scripts and if a running script is bugged in your saved game file, it's going to "tell" the script to be bugged whenever you load it up. Hunting through saved game files for bugged scripts and references is like doing brain surgery, blindfolded, without a proper saved game editor designed for the task. And, there isn't one that I know of for Warband.

Note: Warband can create corrupted saved games, but it's generally rare on standard pc's that aren't running mods or have not altered the game files/saved game with a saved game ediitor.
