How much Charisma do I need to level up my leadership skill to 6?

Currently at 17 charisma and I can't level up my leadership any further, still. I just want 100+ men.

it needs to be a multiple of 3, so level 18 should do.

Thank you, I never understood what the "Cannot develope skill beyond 1/3 of Charisma" means, if you couldn't tell I am bad at math haha, so for example to get leadership 4 that would just be 3x4 = charisma requirment, yes?

I never realised that guild quests got you so much xp I thought you only gained a ton of xp from battles.

they do early on, later though you're gonna be getting most of your exp from battles

renown also factors. dont know the ration but useally 2 to 3 decent sized battle will useally get me +1 cap

My renown is about 500 and I can hold 92 troops, my leadership is 5 and my charisma is 17, how many troops are there because of renown?

You can also read a book (Life of Alixenus the Great) for leadership +1. I suggest to read it after you are done levelling CHA.

gaining renown is a better way to up the size of your warband than putting points into leadership.
