You can, however, make a few simple changes to get it and any other unported M&B mod running on Warband.

When you search for 1866...but I readed it is for multiplayer only somewhere. Guess this is the full version (single and multiplayer).
I am also going to try 1755 Old Frontier. But don't know if it's going to work on my Steam version of Warband.
However lot of thanks for your help. Now I am going to get some sleep first.
Greetz from the Netherlands
The one you found is multiplayer only, and for Warband. The creator replaced the Native multiplyer maps and items with stuff from 1866.
It will work fine, you just have to install it manually.
You're welcome for the help.
