Viking Conquest: Captured Sigurd Snake in the eye. Is there any good idea to deal wth him

I am still in the Storyline mode and now i have Jarl Sigurd Ragnarsson as my prisoner.

After I destroied Sven's hideout(He was not there). I talked with Danmark King Horik first then met my enemy Sigurd Ragnarsson.
After some dialog about going to a farm for rescuring hero's mother with Sigurd snake in the eye.
Those meetings are manatory dialogues for storyline.

But after that I demanded Sigurd to Fight with me.
Fortunately I have captured Jarl Sigurd in the Battle.
And as i had established enough good relations with King Horik(about 30), i could buy peace with Danmak.

So i can leave Danmark from their port peacefully.
Now i think i have free rights to sell Jarl Sigrud Ragnarsson to his enemy factions.

But i am afraid of this break main story line?
How do you think to deal with that scum.
Most safe way is just release him.
If selling him do not break main storyline i would like to sell that guy.

If you sell him to his enemys there is a chance that he will be stuck as a prisoner for the rest of the game. But there it may happend that king horik will buy him back, also if you have to talk to him if you sell him try finding him in a prison.
