How do I buy productive enterprises?

I cant seem to find the option to buy buisnesses at the guildmaster, I read that you need a positive reputation with the kingdom, town and owner of the town, I'm pretty sure I have all of that but how to check to make sure?

You don't need positive per say, you just can't have a negative relationship with the town or the Lord who owns it.

While talking to the guild master, I believe the second last choice "I would like to purchase land for an enterprise" is what you're looking for.

In order to make sure you have met the requirements, when you enter the town it will tell you it's relationship with you. Or if you talk to the Lord and hover over his picture you will see the relation you have with him. Both of these stats can also be looked up through "Notes".

Nvm found out im running an older patch of the game and sometimes a bug happens where I cant buy enterprises at all, solution is to just update, thanks for the effort though!

It should look like this:

It is the option at the bottom. It should be visible at all times. If you do not meet the requirements to buy an enterprise the guildmaster tells you.

You are talking to a guildmaster in a city and not a village elder in a village by accident?
