Something around the lines "advance together in this world"...
You might need to be in a good relation with the quest giver.
I'm not sure about the way that game sees the women to be honnest... if it sees them at all...
I believe you could also get to duelling a Lord if he is stupid enough to try courting the same woman you're already thinking too much about...
Off the top of my head, I believe one of them should be the Sassy one. If you look at the description for it, it should say something like: "As a female character, get into a fight with a lord." and so first of all you of course would need to be playing as a female character. Otherwise, you'll never get this one.
If you are, then all you need to do is start talking to any of the lords. Eventually, you'll find someone that tends to look down on women. Just choose the conversation option that will obviously lead to trouble and you'll have your fight.
It might go something like:
Lord A: "Hah! Look at this! A woman warrior! Why don't you just go home and get married instead? I have a few men under me that would be a perfect match for you."
You: And I have a few horses under me that would be a perfect match for you.'
Lord A: "WHAT?!! Why, I'll beat you to a pulp!"
You: "I'd like to see you try."
-- and so you get into a fight. Note that not all lords can be goaded into a fight. Others will apologize and walk away and so nothing will happen.
It's actually to your advantage if you're not in good standing with a lot of lords. For example, if you insult one of them but they actually consider you a good friend, then they'll just walk away feeling hurt by what you said (i.e., you'll just lose relationship points with them). But if they already hate you to begin with, then any insults/challenge you tell them just gives them an excuse to try and beat you up.
Anyway, there are total 80 achievements in the game, and I'm not going to go through every single one of them just to figure out which of the other achievements you're talking about, so someone else will have to help you with that.
As jml alluded to above, you can get into a fight with another lord if you and him happen to be chasing after the same lady. You can also get into a fight if you insult a lord as part of a quest given by another lord to make you look better in the eyes of the king, so maybe either of those fights might give you the other achievement you're looking for.
I had to find a lord who wouldn't back down to get the "Pugnatious D" achievement, which requires you to actually fight the guy. As you might expect, he doesn't like me any more (-10 for the retort, -10 for the challenge).
AFAICT the snarky comments stop once you've achieved a certain level of renown, so if you're going for the achievements, it's probably best to get your verbal jabs in early.
