How to declare war?

Hi guys i just became king got my vassal he want fief but IDK how to get with someone into war?I dont know how to declare war on someone so i can take their lands...

1. go to the town/castle that has been assigned as a court. Usually it should be the first town that was held by you. If you have ONLY castles, then it should be the first castle captured by you.
2. Look for a minister inside the castle, talk to him
3. When talking to the minister, theres an option to send an emissary to a specific kingdom either declare war or requesting truce.

Bad on it is that I dont have any city/casttle/fief thx to that i rennouced vassal

What is the problem? if you have neutral or friendly reputation with everyone else, Just pick a country, raid villager group that is running around in the map of your choice and kill them, voila, youre at war since you attacked them. or just deliver your demands to any lord of the factions lords.

in much technical terms, you need -10 reputation with that particular faction to be at war. Pillaging and attack caravans do work.

Well thx to all advices I have finally took some city(Reivadin) but there is still not the dude i have choosen for making peace,declaring wars on another Faction! ._.
