Improve vassal relations as faction leader?
I have only two vassals with very low relationships to me right now, the only thing thats worked is throwing a feast and that only made it go up by one point. what should i do.

It's best to butter up all the lords you want in your faction BEFORE starting your own.

Look for wifes, you only need a wife with relationship +1 to raiser any negative relationship with lords in your kingdom (or a wife for faction to raise any negative relationship for every faction). How to? By tournaments, missions or left free when you take home castle (this is very good, last faction place is full, visit again until it is empty).

Chose a few vassels to give land to, and kick the rest out. The more powerfull your kingdom becomes the more picky you should become with the lords that you will allow in. Look for which lords are well liked by other lords, you will take notice of this when asking about whom to give land to. Try to play into these relationships.

Also make sure never to give lords, fiefs that are on the opposite side of Calradia.
Or that lord will spend all of his time only travelling between them.

That is normal. Only 20% of lords will be naturally supportive of you if you do certain things, but they can be harder to get. Asking other lords wife to keep them neutral is the simplest method. Or you could spam gifts.

The feast is one point PER DAY. Just hang out for a few days and it keeps going up. Generally, you only lose 2 or 3 points with a lord when you give a different lord a fief. So if you do it every few days of feasting you stay even with the guys that never get anything.

Also, assuming you still are Marshal, you still have all of the normal ways to increase relations by sending them off into trouble and saving them, talking to them after a siege, or (my favorite) just telling them to go to a castle/town, then chase bandits their way.
