Lezalit and Borcha as vassals
They say Lezalit is "self-righteous". But that isn't in the list of personalities I know. How does that behave?

Also, what personally does Borcha take? I don't expect to make him a vassal since he isn't noble, but am just curious.

I am not 100% sure if it match native but on Floris wiki are personalities for every companion.

https://floris.fandom.com/wiki/Companions_of_Floris

So Lezalit should be Pitiless which is cunning. Iiirc most is martial and only honorouble/good-natured noble is Firentis..

I personally never make companion lords - imho it is betetr work for in game goood natured and dont lose best immortal soldiers you can have.. but its just me:p

So is Floris one of the companions?

Why is the Mod itself called Floris - if it isn't too much of a spoiler? I have the Mod installed and tried it out for a while, but am currently playing another Mod. I found archery hard, and the troop trees hard to wrap my head around (though I'll later try out the Mod with the "compromise" troop tree).

I find the various prefixes and suffixes of vassals hard to work with too. If you want to look up a vassal, you need to search all over the place - and with defections, it'll become even worse. So many bizarre French and other words.

Yes Floris is one of companions in the mod...

i am nto devloiper of the mod to give you answers:p But for me it is msot favorite native expansion that is nto total conversion to different time/world. it is very well polished, all features working as expected and so on...

I have over 2.000 hour in game (+few hunderds before i got in on steam) so it is hard for me distinguish all rpoblems and details but imho archery is same as in vanilla (and horse archer is my favorite build ever). The trees cna be bit overwheleming but I like them - there are options play with 3 different though down to very basic.

If you talk about Floris it is just each nation sue different titles but it cna be get used quickly - on other hand once you met lord there are easily accessible overviews to check personalities and other details (that you cna only guess from lord language in Native)

There are two sets of descriptions. Each has some different purpose I think (or one is obsolete, or was chaning in deelopment and left in fiel descriptinos). Basically I think you need to find the "other list"

Heres one of them.

https://mountandblade.fandom.com/wiki/Vassals

Doesnt have names one it but it has the types.
