Any good mods where I can fight the Crusaders, while playing as a Muslim?

I've tried some months and the best was Sands of Faith mod, but after playing it for about 30 hours I can see a bunch of annoying stuff. For example, I just captured Jerusalem and the religious leader is still an archbishop. The marketplace is still full of crusader gear and Muslim cities still sell pork sometimes. All these things are pretty annoying to me, so I was wondering whether there was a mod that does it better. Thanks in advance.

Thing is, the Crusades weren't the will of God. The Crusaders were bloodthirsty monsters, they murdered anyone that was against the Catholic Church. They broke their promise with the Byzantium Empire and then they mass murdered every single group in Jerusalem. They fought every non-catholic and they plundered villages in Europe as well, just for wealth. Richard Lionheart executed 3,000 Seljuk Turks even though he promised them safety. History shows us when Jerusalem was captured by Umar ibn al Khattab and Sallahudin, the Christians were safe and they were granted protection. Catholics on the other hands killed everyone who was not Catholic, the pope never used the term Muslim either, he used terms such as heretic, infidel, pagan, etc.

Very, very few wars are started "in defense". Most, (for example, most of the Crusades) were started because country leaders saw a chance to feather their own nest furthur.

The real aggressors were the muslims. They expanded by conquest, looting and murdering. So yes the Crusades were a form of self defense.

But it was a threat to Christianity,that's why Wallachia had to fight the Ottoman Empire in a crusade against them started by the Pope,during which the spineless disgusting Hungarians betrayed our best leader in terms of justice,Vlad the Impaler.They had to conquer them in return after beating them back so that Christianity would remain the dominant religion.And also,raping,pillaging,torturing,they were all normal things during war back then that both parties were guilty off.
