Simply speaking to them(letting them do their introduction) should allow you to determine their personalities.
Speak with them once(introduce) then go into the character menu and check that particular lord. Alongside his wealth, land and family should also be his personality.
If you have high honor, desirable lords (martian, upstanding, good-natured) will have a positive opinion of you even if you've never met before. Thus, if a previously unknown lord thinks fondly of you, it's safe to assume they're honorable.
With Pendor a lord page looks like this: https://steamuserimages-a.akamaihd.net/ugc/1049848285273550150/D930BF4EF9B93F16A315918821F79D4648C0F56A/
The personality (reputation) isn't exactly hard to spot. If you don't have it in your game then that's definitly a modded things.
It won't.
Its in his character profile. It shows information LIKE his wealth, his family, his holdings and land. In that window there should be his personality.
Something like "Lord Bulugar is know to be cunning".
Been a while since I played native. Diplomacy is very useful mod, and is a part of many other mods.
I guess I confused it with native, my bad.
