Question about Ladies

What are the difference between ladies... I mean some ladies are a great asset to their husband, others are hard to please etc.
Should I persist on marrying lady who is a great asset or will any lady will do?

In Native, there is practically no difference between maiden personalities after you get married. Her personality matter during courtship - afterwards, they all become the same.

Some mods change that, in a lesser or greater degree. Some even let your wife join your party, depending on her personality, and of these, some actually adjust her stats accordingly. Others make her a better or worse prime minister.

actually as a female joining a faction before 800 renown you wont get a village when as a male you will get a village

I think they are speaking in terms of your spouse that you marry, not the differences between choosing a female or male player character.

I think nobody really answer my question. Is their any benefit marrying a lady "who would be an asset to her husband..." vs any other ladies?

No advantage. It just means that the lady has a "Politically ambitious" personality. They're the kind who will marry to get ahead in nation politics, nothing else.

During courtship, just don't recite poems to her that will have very little to no relation increase due to her personality.

Similar to honourable ladies wanting to marry highly honourable player character or family oriented ladies requiring you to have the proper permission from her father/brother, I think that ambitious ladies also won't consider marriage proposal unless you're higher standing in your political career (owning a lot of fiefs?).
