What is the most powerful aoe spell or the best school with mixed spells to learn??

Celestial magic, 2 strong aoes, 1 strong single target and a nice teleport to top it off, good in sieges aswell(the teleport) to go straith to the archers to minimize casualties

I thought magic doesn't work on sieges

that's a tricky one it basicly only works once, you have 1 spell, that spell is the first spell in your inventory and you can use it once wqithout it ever recharging again in that siege

So basicly, use spell without winds of magic or willpower modifier and hope you get lucky
